Discount available on rentals until June 2008 as building work will continue until then and swimming pool will be also be completed in June.
Notes on prices
- Prices are for the property per week and include use of the swimming pool within the apartment block, underground parking space and ski locker.
- Cleaning - there is a final inspection & clean that takes place after your departure, but the price is based on guests leaving the apartment in the same clean condition in which they found it.
- Linen - you can take your own linen and towels or we can arrange for all beds to be made for arrival and towels provided for an additional 20 CHF per person per week, payable with final payment.
- Deposit - a 50% non refundable deposit is required within 7 days of booking and final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Guarantee - a refundable guarantee of CHF400 is payable with final payment, which is defunded within 7 days of end of booking.
- Obligatory extra charges: Tourist taxes paid locally per day, adult CHF2, child (6-16 years) CHF 1

Saturday: Check in 3pm check out Saturday 10am.
