Notes on prices
- Prices are for the property rental per week and include use of the swimming pool within the apartment block, underground parking space and ski locker.
- Deposit - a 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking and final payment is due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
- Cleaning is CHF 150 payable with the final payment.
- Linen - you can take your own linen and towels or we can arrange for all beds to be made for arrival and towels provided for an additional 20 CHF per person per week, payable with final payment.
- Guarantee - a refundable guarantee of £200 is payable with final payment, which is defunded within 7 days of end of booking after an inspection of the apartment.
- Obligatory extra charges: Tourist taxes paid locally per day, adult CHF2.5, child (6-16 years) CHF 1.25
- Payment is accepted in other currencies if specifically agreed in advance.
Changeover day
Saturday: Check in 3pm check out Saturday 10am.
Notes on accommodation
No smoking and no pets allowed.
Underground parking space allocated to apartment C-2.
Price includes use of pool, sauna, heating, water and electricity.
