Bedroom Linen & Cleaning

Linen will be provided and beds made for your arrival for CHF 20 per person/week. There are 3 bedrooms: a queen size bed; a double bed, and 2 twin beds that can be a double. A cot is also available. How would you like the beds made up?

Booking conditions

  • The apartment is a no smoking area and no pets are allowed.
  • Apartment access is from 4pm on arrival day until 11am on day of departure.
  • A 50% non-refundable payment to confirm a booking is required.
  • A damage deposit of £250 is payable with the balance of payment 8 weeks before arrival and is refunded after departure following inspection of the apartment to confirm that no damage has been caused during the stay.
  • 50% balance of payment to be paid within 8 weeks before the start of the booking, cleaning costs (CHF150), linen costs (CHF20 per person) and tourist taxes (CHF 2.5 per adult, CHF 1.5 per child per night) are payable with balance of payment.
  • If cancellation is made before 8 weeks of the booking the 50% deposit will not be refunded. If cancellation is made between 8 and 4 weeks of the rental date then a 25% of the total rental will be refunded. If cancellation is made during 4 weeks of the rental then no refund will be paid.
  • A booking is accepted from the party leader (as given above) who is liable in full on behalf of all persons accompanying them in the apartment. As party leader I accept, on behalf of all party members, these booking conditions and signed my consent.
