Located in the charming village of Nendaz, in Vallais region of Switzerland, in the heart of The 4 Valleys, one of Europe's top ski regions. The 3 bedroon apartment has superb panoramic mountain views and a beatiful pool and sauna on the floor underneath.
Fly closer, ski longer: Snowjet winter flights from London Standsted direct to Sion - only 20 mins tranfer to Nendaz.
Nendaz is more than just a winter wonderland. The region is a haven for walkers, climbers and mountain bikers, not to mention paragliders, tennis and golf oficianados.
The Apartment
The luxury 3 bedroomed Swiss Alps apartment (1 double, 2 twin/doubles) is just 2 minutes walk from the village centre and 400m to the main Tracouet Telecabine. A beautiful open kitchen and living area opens out onto a large enjoying fantastic views of the mountains and the Rhone-Valley. The apartment shares a private indoor swimming pool and has it’s own ski locker and underground parking area. Situated close to plenty of good restaurants and bars as well as the resort’s other leisure facilities, the apartment provides stunning accommodation in Switzerland and it is also ideally placed for a fantastic holiday.
The Skiing
At 3,300m, Mont-Fort is the highest peak of the 4 Vallées ski area that offers world class conditions for skiers and freeriders. Nenzaz station has it’s own telecabine which takes you up to Tracouet ski area and from Siviez you can ski to Nendaz, Veysonnaz, Thyon or Verbier and into the 4 Vallées region. From Nendaz you can easily get to Siviez by car or shuttle bus which stops nearby the apartment. Families are well catered for with ski schools catering for 2 year olds upwards.
Summer Activities
The spectacular mountain scenery provides awesome paragliding, alpine mountaineering, mountain biking, rock climbing and beautiful walking trails for all levels. With plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and other year-round attractions including outdoor swimming-pool and tennis courts, which are just across from the apartment, and easy access to the Valais wine region, Nendaz is ideal for a holiday throughout the year.

The pool and the sauna are great, we used it every day, and the children also loved the sledge run in front of the apartment. We had lots of sunshine – the whole week, and enough snow on the slopes!
